<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>Opposing Foreign Fundraising at United States Embassies Act of 2020 or the OFF U.S. Embassies Act of 2020</b></p> <p>This bill prohibits the use of federal funds to host a fundraising event for, or on behalf of, a foreign political party or candidate at a U.S. embassy, consulate, or other diplomatic post, and it requires the Department of State to revise both its Standardized Regulations and the Foreign Affairs Manual to prohibit this kind of activity. </p>]]></summary-text>
