Specifically, the bill expands who is eligible for VA housing loan benefits by revising the definition of <i>veteran </i>to include an individual who performed service on active duty or full-time National Guard duty for a period of not less than 90 cumulative days (that includes 30 consecutive days). </p>]]></summary-text>
