<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>Fairness for Families of Fallen Sailors Act</b> </p> <p>This bill allows legal action for damages from the death of a member of the Armed Forces resulting from a collision on the high seas beyond 12 nautical miles from the U.S. shore while the member was serving on a U.S. military vessel. The action shall be for the exclusive benefit of the member's spouse, parent, child, dependent relative, or estate and shall allow for pecuniary and nonpecuniary damages.</p>]]></summary-text>
