2020-06-10 Introduced in Senate This bill prohibits the Department of Defense from approving a determination of eligibility for interment or inurnment in Arlington National Cemetery made by the Department of the Army that permits the interment or inurnment in Arlington National Cemetery of an individual who is not a member of the Armed Forces or a veteran, but served as President or Vice President of the United States.
