<summary-text><![CDATA[<p>This bill requires the Department of Defense to establish a safe-to-report policy for members of the Armed Forces (including members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces) and cadets and midshipmen at the military service academies.</p> <p>The policy must generally allow an alleged victim of sexual assault to report the assault without fear or receipt of discipline for minor collateral misconduct.<br /></p>]]></summary-text>
