<summary-text><![CDATA[<p>This bill addresses sexual assault in the U.S. Coast Guard. </p> <p>It directs the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to establish an Advisory Committee for the Prevention of Sexual Misconduct.</p> <p>The advisory committee must advise DHS on (1) the prevention of sexual assault (including rape, forcible sodomy, other sexual assault, and other sexual misconduct) involving members of the Coast Guard; and (2) the policies, programs, and practices of the Coast Guard and the Coast Guard Academy for the prevention of sexual assault.</p>]]></summary-text>
