Modernizing America's Missile Defense Act of 2019 2019-05-23 Introduced in Senate Modernizing America's Missile Defense Act of 2019

This bill directs the Department of Defense to generally incorporate non-ballistic systems (e.g., hypersonic and cruise missiles) into its missile defense strategies and to test and report on specified space-based and ground-based missile defense technology.
