<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><strong>Artificial Intelligence Job Opportunities and Background Summary Act of 2019 or the AI JOBS Act of 2019</strong></p> <p>This bill expresses the sense of Congress that technology can improve the lives of individuals, but can also disrupt jobs, and for this reason, innovation should be encouraged while training and retraining American workers.</p> <p>The Department of Labor shall prepare and submit to Congress a report on artificial intelligence and its impact on the workforce.</p>]]></summary-text>
