<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>No Walls Act</b></p> <p>This bill prohibits using available funds to build any new border barriers through a declaration of a national emergency.</p> <p>It also prohibits using such funds to declare a national emergency with respect to immigration concerns at the U.S.-Mexico border.</p> <p>This restriction shall be enforced during a lapse in the appropriations of any federal agency.<br> </p>]]></summary-text>
