I CAN Act 2020-02-21 Reported to House Inhaler Coverage and Access Now Act or the I CAN Act

This bill provides for coverage under a high deductible health plan not requiring a deductible of inhalers for treatment of any chronic lung disease, including asthma (and any medicine or drug which is delivered through such inhalers for treatment of such diseases).
