<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><strong>Help Hire Our Heroes Act</strong></p> <p>This bill restores the veterans retraining assistance program, which expired in March 2014. Under the bill, the program offers assistance for eligible veterans to pursue a program of education on a full-time basis. Assistance is only available for training that is offered by a community college or technical school, leads to an associate degree or certificate, and is designed to provide training for a high-demand occupation.</p>]]></summary-text>
