2019-07-30 Introduced in House This bill provides for full Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance (OASDI) benefits, without regard to age, for disabled individuals who are widowed. In addition, the bill exempts disabled individuals who are widowed from certain reductions in OASDI benefits and otherwise revises provisions related to such reductions.
