<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>Levee Rehabilitation Improvements Act</b></p> <p>This bill requires the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to consider the benefits of an emergency project&nbsp;to navigation when preparing a cost and benefit feasibility assessment for&nbsp;the project. Such projects include those involving (1)&nbsp;emergency response to a natural disaster, (2) flood fighting and rescue operations, or&nbsp;(3) the repair or restoration of any flood control work threatened or destroyed by flood. </p>]]></summary-text>
