<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>Startup in a Day Act of 2019</b></p> <p>This bill requires the Small Business Administration to establish the Startup in a Day Program to assist entrepreneurs planning to start a small business in complying with state and local government requirements.</p> <p>Specifically, the program awards competitive grants to state or local governments, which they may use to (1) develop, implement, and improve internet resources related to the small business concern startup process; and (2) assist entrepreneurs in registering and applying for any required licenses or permits.</p>]]></summary-text>
