Solar Energy Research and Development Act of 2019 2020-09-11 Reported to House Solar Energy Research and Development Act of 2019

This bill requires the Department of Energy to carry out a program to award grants or enter into contracts and cooperative agreements to research, develop, and evaluate solar energy technologies and systems. The program replaces several existing programs concerning solar research and development.
