<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>Developing Education by Leveraging Tuition Assistance Act or the DELTA Act</b></p> <p>This bill allows members of the Armed Forces to use Department of Defense tuition assistance for education or training at a degree level equal to or lower than a level previously attained if (1) it is relevant to the member's professional duties, and (2) the content is not substantially similar to that of education or training previously received.</p>]]></summary-text>
