Qualified Health Savings Account Distribution Act of 2018

This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code, with respect to the requirements for tax-preferred health accounts, to modify the rules for using a conversion or termination of a flexible spending account or a health reimbursement arrangement to establish a health savings account.
