<summary-text><![CDATA[<p>This bill requires a state seeking assistance for a state home facility to provide reasonable assurances that, for furnishing care to veterans' spouses, during a period in which a facility is operating with a bed occupancy rate of 90% or less, at least 40% of the bed occupancy at any one time shall consist of patients who are not receiving such level of care as veterans. </p>]]></summary-text>
