<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>Veteran Empowerment and Training to Facilitate Agricultural Revitalization and Mobilization Act of 2018 or the VET-2-FARM Act of 2018 </b></p> <p>This bill requires the Department of Agriculture (USDA) Military Veterans Agricultural Liaison to provide additional information to veterans and members of the Armed Forces regarding agriculture-related employment and training opportunities. </p> <p>The Military Veterans Agricultural Liaison must: </p> <ul> <li> provide information to veterans concerning the availability of, and eligibility requirements for, positions identified within USDA that are available to employ or train veterans; </li> <li> consult with specified federal departments and agencies regarding activities that assist veterans with agriculture-related employment; and </li> <li> establish and periodically update a website with information regarding employment and training opportunities for service members and veterans. </li> </ul> <p>USDA must report annually to Congress regarding positions and training opportunities for members of the Armed Forces and veterans. </p>]]></summary-text>
