North American Energy Infrastructure Act 2018-06-12 Introduced in Senate North American Energy Infrastructure Act

This bill prohibits any person from constructing, connecting, operating, or maintaining a border-crossing facility for the import or export of oil, natural gas, or electricity across an international border of the United States without obtaining a certificate of crossing, subject to specified exclusions.
