<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>Assisting Narcotics and Trafficking Officers in Interdicting (ANTI) Drugs Act</b></p> <p>This bill amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to establish Operation Stonegarden in the Department of Homeland Security to provide grants to law enforcement agencies to enhance border security.</p> <p>Additionally, the bill reauthorizes through FY2023 the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas program and the Community Oriented Policing Services program.</p>]]></summary-text>
