<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><strong>Construction Consensus Procurement Improvement Act of</strong> <b>2017</b></p> <p>This bill modifies the procedures that federal agencies use to award contracts for design and construction services. The bill also prohibits federal agencies from using reverse auctions as part of the two-phase selection procedures for awarding contracts for design and construction services. (In a reverse auction, a buyer accepts bids from multiple potential sellers.)</p>]]></summary-text>
