<summary-text><![CDATA[<p>Condemns North Korea's threats against Guam.</p> <p>Reaffirms the U.S. commitment to Guam's security and its U.S. territorial waters. </p> <p>Supports evaluating needed investments in defensive capabilities to further safeguard Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Alaska, and Hawaii. </p> <p>Reaffirms U.S. support for forward deployment of missile defense systems to protect the territorial integrity of the United States and its Asia-Pacific allies. </p> <p>Urges enhanced strategic diplomatic engagement and military cooperation by the United States to address the growing North Korean threat. </p> <p>Demands that the international community fully enforce sanctions against the North Korean regime. </p> <p>Condemns any further escalation that endangers Guam and our citizenry or that could lead to a military conflict with North Korea. </p>]]></summary-text>
