2017-03-08 Introduced in House Amends Rule XI (Procedures of Committees and Unfinished Business) of the Rules of the House of Representatives to require the text of any legislation that will be marked up at a committee meeting to be publicly available in electronic form at least 72 (currently, 24) hours before the commencement of the meeting.
