<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>Clean Money Act of 2018</b></p> <p>This bill (1) establishes the Clean Money Fund; (2) provides to qualified candidates for Congress vouchers for broadcast or online advertising and payments for defraying postage costs, paid from the fund; and (3) imposes limitations on broadcasting stations related to the preemption of political advertising. To qualify for vouchers and postage payments, a candidate must meet certain criteria related to the receipt of small-dollar contributions and agree to limitations related to campaign funding and expenditures.</p>]]></summary-text>
