<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>Grants for Renewable Energy Education for the Nation Act or the GREEN Act </b></p> <p> This bill authorizes the Department of Energy to award grants to partnerships of local educational agencies, postsecondary institutions, and clean and renewable energy industry representatives to: (1) develop programs of study focused on emerging careers and jobs in the fields of clean and renewable energy, energy efficiency, climate change mitigation, and climate change adaptation; and (2) promote development of career and technical education facilities that are energy efficient and promote the use of renewable energy practices.</p>]]></summary-text>
