<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><strong>Fracking Disclosure and Safety Act</strong></p> <p>This bill establishes requirements governing oil or gas operations, including by (1)&nbsp;reestablishing requirements governing the use of hydraulic fracturing under oil and gas leases for federal lands; and&nbsp;(2) eliminating certain exemptions for&nbsp;oil and&nbsp;gas operations from environmental requirements, such as requirements concerning stormwater runoff, hazardous air pollutants, solid waste disposal, and drinking water sources.</p>]]></summary-text>
