<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><strong>Expanding Resources to Establish Rail Quiet Zones Act of 2018</strong></p> <p>This bill requires a set aside of 10% of the funding under the consolidated rail infrastructure and safety improvements grant program for supplementary and alternative safety measures (i.e., substitutes for the locomotive horn at railway-highway grade crossings).</p> <p>The bill also includes such measures as projects eligible for funding under the surface transportation block grant program.</p>]]></summary-text>
