<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>Notify Officials, Towns, Individuals, and Cities of Electric Generating Facilities Act of 2017 or the NOTICE Act of 2017</b></p> <p>This bill amends the Clean Air Act to require permitting authorities to notify nearby municipalities of permit applications and proposed permits. Permitting authorities must also notify nearby states and municipalities of permit modifications and renewals. Under current law, permitting authorities are required to only notify nearby states of a permit application or a proposed permit. </p>]]></summary-text>
