This bill nullifies the "Home Mortgage Disclosure (Regulation C)" rule finalized by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on October 28, 2015. (The rule, mandated under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, expanded the scope of information that must be disclosed under the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act.)
