2017-11-28 Introduced in House This bill amends the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 to (1) prohibit the use of federal funds for the payment of a settlement or award for a claim arising from sexual harassment committed by a Member of Congress, and (2) require congressional ethics committees to consider expulsion of Members who have committed acts of sexual harassment.
