<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><strong>Medicaid Requiring Expenditures for Public Objectives to be Reflective of Total Spending Act or the Medicaid REPORTS Act</strong></p> <p>This bill amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to require a state to report annually on the sources of funds used by the state to finance the nonfederal share of its Medicaid expenditures. The Centers for Medicare &amp; Medicaid Services shall make the information included in the report publicly available on its website.</p>]]></summary-text>
