<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>Shutdown Accountability Resolution</b></p> <p>Sets forth specified Senate proceedings with respect to a full or partial federal government shutdown.</p> <p>Prescribes requirements for Senate adjournments and recesses during the shutdown.</p> <p>Prohibits the presiding officer from entertaining a request to suspend the operation of this standing order by unanimous consent or motion.</p> <p>Declares that nothing in this standing order shall be construed in a manner that is inconsistent with S.Res. 296 (108th Congress) or any other Senate emergency procedure or practices.</p> <p>Makes this Act a standing order of the Senate.</p>]]></summary-text>
