Defense Acquisition Workforce Human Capital Management Improvement Act of 2016 2016-01-21 Introduced in Senate Defense Acquisition Workforce Human Capital Management Improvement Act of 2016

This bill requires the Department of Defense (DOD) strategic workforce plan to include information on the use of certain special hiring authorities by the military departments and the defense agencies, and a description of the additional authorities required to enhance DOD's civilian employee workforce.

DOD shall transmit to Congress each report submitted to DOD by the military departments and the heads of the defense agencies relating to the strategic workforce plan.
