<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><strong>IRGC Terrorist Designation Act</strong></p> <p>This bill expresses the sense of Congress that Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) meets the criteria for designation as a foreign terrorist organization and should be so designated by the Secretary of State. </p> <p>The Secretary shall report to Congress on whether the IRGC meets such criteria and, if not, a detailed justification as to which criteria have not been met.</p>]]></summary-text>
