Local Zoning Decisions Protection Act of 2015

This bill prohibits the use of federal funds to:

implement, administer, or enforce the final rule of the Department of Housing and Urban Development entitled "Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing" (80 Fed. Reg. 42272 [July 16, 2015]); or
design, build, maintain, utilize, or provide access to a federal database of geospatial information on community racial disparities or disparities in access to affordable housing.
