<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>American Export Promotion Act of 2015</b></p> <p> Authorizes appropriations for the Industry and Analysis unit of the International Trade Administration (ITA) of the Department of Commerce for the ITA's Market Development Cooperator Program.</p> <p>Requires, in the use of such funds, a preference to be given to activities that will assist small- and medium-sized U.S. businesses and: </p> <ul> <li> create or sustain the greatest number of jobs, </li> <li> obtain the maximum return on investment, </li> <li> increase U.S. exports to the Asia and Pacific region, </li> <li> increase U.S. exports in services, or </li> <li> address Department export priorities.</li> </ul>]]></summary-text>
