<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>Keeping Moving to Work Promises Act</b></p> <p>This bill directs the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to renew for a period of 10 years any Moving to Work demonstration program agreement with a public housing agency that: (1) provides for the use of an alternative operating fund formula, and (2) is in effect on the date of enactment of this Act.</p> <p>HUD may not, in renewing an agreement, make any significant change to its financial terms.</p>]]></summary-text>
