Public Land Job Creation Act of 2015 2015-01-07 Introduced in Senate Public Land Job Creation Act of 2015

This bill gives the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) 45 days to review a state BLM notice for submission to the Federal Register. If the review has not been completed: (1) the notice shall consider to be approved, and (2) the state BLM office shall immediately forward the notice to the Federal Register for publication.
