<summary-text><![CDATA[<p>Honors women who have served, and who are currently serving, as members of the Armed Forces. </p> <p>Commends female members of the Armed Forces who have sacrificed their lives in defense of the United States. </p> <p>Recognizes that female members of the Armed Forces are an integral part of the Armed Forces. </p> <p>Urges the Department of Defense (DOD) to ensure that female members of the Armed Forces: (1) receive adequate, well-fitted equipment; and (2) have access to health services that address their specific medical needs. </p> <p>Encourages DOD to develop new initiatives to recruit and retain more women in the officer corps.</p>]]></summary-text>
