2015-03-26 Introduced in House Amends Rule XIV (Order and Priority of Business) of the Rules of the House of Representatives to authorize the chair and ranking minority member of a committee, or the chair and ranking minority member of its applicable subcommittee, if a bill or joint resolution reported by the committee has not been considered within 60 calendar days, to offer jointly a motion for consideration of the measure.
