<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>Protecting Rights Online To Ensure Consumers' Trust (PROTECT) of 2015</b></p> <p>This bill amends the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to prohibit the federal government from sharing an individual's personally identifiable information, including health information collected through a health insurance exchange, with a non-governmental entity for marketing purposes, including for the marketing of health insurance coverage.</p> Personally identifiable information includes an individual's name, social security number, date and place of birth, or biometric, medical, educational, financial, or employment records.]]></summary-text>
