Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act in connection with flooding events occurring during 2016 at: (1) 90% of the eligible costs for the repair, restoration, and replacement of damaged public facilities; and (2) 100% of the eligible costs for assistance essential to meeting immediate threats to life and property and for debris removal.</p>]]></summary-text>
