<summary-text><![CDATA[<p>This bill amends title II (Old Age,Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to direct the Department of Health and Human Services to establish cost-effective procedures to ensure that a Social Security account number (or a derivative) is not displayed, coded, or embedded on a Medicare card issued to an individual entitled to benefits under part A (Hospital Insurance) or part B (Supplementary Medical Insurance) of title XVIII (Medicare) of that Act, and that any other identifier displayed on the card is not identifiable as such an account number.</p>]]></summary-text>
