<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>Second Division Memorial Modification Act</b></p> <p>This bill authorizes the Second Indianhead Division Association, Inc. Scholarship and Memorials Foundation to place three benches honoring the members of the Second Infantry Division killed in the Cold War in Korea, the War in Iraq, and the War in Afghanistan on the Second Division Memorial located in President's Park in the District of Columbia. </p> <p>No federal funds may be used for these modifications or augmentations. </p>]]></summary-text>
