Fair Care for Kids Act

This bill amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to provide for medical assistance under a state Medicaid program with respect to the full-range of early and periodic screening, diagnostic, and treatment services for children in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, whether or not such services are furnished by the child's inpatient psychiatric provider.
