<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>United States - Israel Cybersecurity Cooperation Act</b></p> <p>This bill authorizes the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to establish a joint United States-Israel Cybersecurity Center of Excellence based in the United States and Israel to leverage the experience, knowledge, and expertise of institutions of higher education, the private sector, and government entities in cybersecurity and protection of critical infrastructure. The center may promote joint research and development, share best practices and access to American and Israeli innovation, and strengthen partnerships between the United States and Israeli entities.</p> <p>DHS may carry out a program to award an annual competitive prize to stimulate innovation to advance the center's mission. </p>]]></summary-text>
