Strengthening Accreditation For Everyone Act of 2016 or the SAFE Act of 2016

This bill amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to revise the factors that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services must consider with respect to determining whether certain national accreditation demonstrates a provider's compliance with applicable requirements of the Medicare program.
