<summary-text><![CDATA[<p><b>Requiring Reporting of Online Terrorist Activity Act</b></p> <p>This bill requires an electronic communication or remote computing service company that obtains actual knowledge of terrorist activity to report relevant facts and circumstances to appropriate authorities, including information related to unlawful distribution of explosives, destructive devices, and weapons of mass destruction.</p> <p>It directs the Department of Justice to determine the appropriate authorities.</p> <p>The bill does not require an electronic communication or a remote computing service company to monitor any user, subscriber, or customer, or the content of such person's communication. </p>]]></summary-text>
