To provide that an alien who has traveled to Iraq or Syria during the 5-year period prior to the alien's application for admission is ineligible to be admitted to the United States under the visa waiver program, and for other purposes.2015-12-03Introduced in HouseThis bill amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to prohibit the visa waiver admission of an alien who has traveled to Iraq or Syria during the preceding five-year period.
The Department of Homeland Security may waive such prohibition.
